The answer to this is that time taken to complete orthodontic treatment depends on the complexity of the case. The simpler the problem to fix, the lesser is the time taken. For a simple case it might take 4-5 months only while for a case with complex malocclusion, the case might take around 24 months to get completed. On an average, it might take anything between 6-18 months. Your orthodontist is the best person to guide you in this regard.
